How much does the shipping cost?

For candles' collection:

   Within Germany:
       Free for orders above €50.00.
       Costs €4,90  for orders below €49.99.

   In Europe:
       Free for orders above €50.00.
       Costs €11.99  for orders below €49.99.

For tools:

We ship them out worldwide for free.

How long does it take to process my order for shipping?

After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your items for shipping.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?
  • For Candle's Collection: We utilize only trusted carriers including DHL and Hermes. The choice depends on destination and package size.
  • For Tools: We use various carriers depending on destination and the location of our warehouse.
Can I track my order once it's shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

For candles collections, you will get your box within 3 - 5 working days max.

For tools, waxes and oils, you will receive your order within 7 - 12 Days depending on your location and the distance from our closest warehouse to you.

Do you offer express or overnight delivery?

yes, we offer express delivery options for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

Most of our carriers will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule a delivery or pick up your package from a nearby location.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can if you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Therefore, you will have to cancel your order and place a new one.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please visit our contact page to get in touch with our customer support and to arrange your return.

Are there any fees associated with returning an item?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Do you offer return labels?

Yes, for eligible returns, we can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of this label may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. However, return shipping costs and original shipping fees may not be refundable.

I received a damaged item. How will the refund be processed?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

What if my refund hasn’t appeared in my bank account?

Refunds can take several days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times. If it's been more than 3 business days since your refund was processed and you haven’t received it, please contact your bank or card provider.

Exchange

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Absolutely! If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please initiate the exchange process by contacting our team through the contact page.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

Exchanges are subject to the same timelines as our returns, which is within 14 days of receiving the order.

Do I have to pay for shipping for the exchanged item?

For the first exchange on an order, we will cover the standard shipping costs. Any subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur shipping fees.

What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

If the item you want is out of stock, you can either wait until it's back in stock or opt for a refund. Our Customer Service team can assist you in finding a suitable alternative if desired.
